Program Management

Program management is the cornerstone of our operation—and your success. Each project is assigned a dedicated program manager, who serves as the primary point of contact and guides each project from purchase order to finished product.

New, Redesign and Repairs

Regardless of industry, size or geography, our customers all want the same thing: quality, cost effective solutions, and overall equipment efficiency. We also offer redesign and repair services to existing customers. Whether it’s preventative maintenance for an older piece of equipment or mechanical repairs on a machine that is down, National Integrated Automation is here to help get equipment in peak performance, reducing downtime and extending the life of capital equipment. We offer maintenance and other services through our Grand Rapids and Detroit facilities, as well as our global support structure throughout the United States, Mexico, Europe, and China.

Global Support

While National Integrated Automation is based in Michigan, our collaboration with Tooling Systems Group allows us to offer a global footprint for serving Robotic Integrators, OEMs and Tier-One suppliers with platforms in North America, Europe, and China.
